Please print out and complete the Rental Application form for each adult over 18 years old, and return to Premier Tropical Realty via fax, mail or personal delivery. You will need to submit a $50.00 application fee for each adult over 18 years of age that an application is being processed for.
Please print out and read the Rental Process and Application Disclosure. All adults (individuals over 18 years of age) must initial each page and return initialed document to the office with the rental application. (Must be completed with each application)
Please review Pet Application (if pets are allowed by owner - this will be filled out in our office)
Please review Mold Addendum to Lease (This will be filled out at our office - must be completed with each application)
Lead Base Paint Disclosure is needed if rental property was built prior to 1978
